Is the extension on the left as you look back at the house a issue since it is built quite close over the drainage?

@@sa7038 I am surprised that this was signed off to be honest. If you can't move the extension forward because it exceeds the permitted 6M then a suspended foundation is required. It involves steel work etc, so it's expensive. I can't see this being done there so I took a lot of evidence in case there is a problem . The legal distance of the usage from the foundation is 150mm
