How To Build Horse Jumps: Caulking The Jump Standard Bases

In this video, I want to show you how to caulk the bases of your jump standards, to make them look finished, and professional
By caulking the base of your standard, you are creating a barrier that not only looks good, but it also helps prolong the life of your jump standards, especially if they live outside.

I like using the landscaping timbers for the standards as well as the rails on my own jumps because they are cheap, functional, and look great when they are done.
They create lightweight standards that are sturdy, but easy to move.

+AP& Horses No worries! I use painters latex caulk, it is safe to use for outdoor projects, and you can paint it :)
