Humans ARE animals. I've always interpreted words in names absolutely literally and wholly disconnected from rules. This would work, right? Just like a tanner and furrier should be able to turn a human into a museum exhibit.

I would love to make premade character sheets that are based on various different characters in a video game as well as the campaign. Ok so like a speedy character who loves to run and jump on his enemies heads, a tribal barbarian who punches and is the soul survival of his tribe, an artificer who loves making different vehicles, and a heavy set beast tamer who loves frogs. The quest is campaign revolves around stopping an evil artificer necromancer who's using animals as fuel. Basically sonic, knuckles, tails, and biggs the cat are trying to stop Dr. Eggman

Given his backstory, if Kratos heard you call him a barbarian, he would snap you in half and cram whatever's left of you to down the throat of a monster to choke it to death. He might appreciate the bear thing though, you might survive calling him that anyway.

Has anybody thought of a "hit monkey combo before with a primal spirit or friendly ghost that has a rouge or possibly warlock like monkey that only the monkey can see i mean that can lead to some pretty interesting convos Ghost:hey you know that chick from eairler was totally evil right Monkey: hoo huh(grunt) Ghost: yeah i wonder if the party knows Monkey runs back to the party to explain But sense noones a druid they just see a monkey pointing and smiling at the evil lady and assume from the smile that shes a good person

"Charisma a little too high" Bro Kratos had 2 wife and works on the 3rd one and I'd like to point out that he didn't just had a wife while he was rocking a goaty but he may or may not clapped the booty of the goddes of love. I think that charisma is too low for him.

Couldn't you pull a brother bear and have them as your companionable? Have that cursed/spelled person become your rangers companion (Maybe the ranger was also hit with some kinda of spell or curse as well and they are stuck having to work together, maybe they have there own past with cursers and spells that cause either to be sympathetic or maybe there just a really good person) and they travel togeather trying to figure out how to break said now animals curse. Along they way they both grow and go thru so much with each other that by the time they are able to fix/reverse/break said spell, the animal companion (and ranger) have come to the realization that each others family and they don't know how they wpuld be themselves without each other around. They then either stay with the ranger as there technical human animal companion(espically because maybe they have gained some animal stats or characteristics because they were in that form for so long) or they decided to stay as their animal form forever and keep being their actual animal companion.
