I'll have to bump up my rewatch of X-Men: Evolution on my to-do list and go from there. Also, fair point haha. disguise kit is actually not as redundant as you think for changeling, it instead makes sure you cover your bases as shapechange doesn't change clothes. a disguise kit check might help you make sure you dress right for the person your impersonating, or if the person has piercings it could have fake ones to use. I even added weavers tools to make my own clothes for disguises on my monk changeling

Creative use of Mask of Many Faces is so fun. Especially if you’re a small character. In a medieval setting, basically everyone ignores young children. Servants bring their kids to the castle and they have free run of most places.

Has the High Ground He’s got a pattern going where he never picks Human as the race for any Marvel Mutant characters. For Scott I feel like Half Elf is the easy answer, the extra skills would be in character seeing as he’s such a tryhard. Plus Half Elves are just good. They’re probably the second most optimizy race after V.Human. Lots of blasty powers could sub in for the laser face and I could see Tulok trying to grab a variety of them, but Eldritch Blast is probably the most accurate since Scott’s beams are referred to in canon as concussive force and EB is force damage. I could honestly see going for at least a couple of actual warlock levels to get some EB boosting evocations, the only problem is none of the patrons really suit him. Then his leadership and tactician skills are the next most important thing to grab. I could defiantly see using some Bard levels for that but I also think going Mastermind Rogue for the long range bonus action Help is almost perfect for him. That way he can literally issue commands to the team every turn.

Little late, shapechanger allows you to take any humanoid form of medium size, you cannot replicate a form you haven't seen, but you can have a totally unique form. in their lore, they typically have a bunch of throwaway personalities called masks and a main one called a persona, almost none of which are just copies of someone else

Episode #178 of the Fire Emblem stats: Raven Darkholme. To be honest, Mystique doesn't really have much in the way of weapons, just brawling and bows (guns). That being said, she has no weaknesses either. All of her stats are pretty average overall, besides her high charm.

I feel like a lot of the Assassin abilities arent exactly redundant. Still a bit less of a boost, with you being a changeling. But they kind of smooth out any possible rough edges you might have had, were you just a changeling. Hell, even Disguise Kit proficiency helps, because changelings dont factor clothes/gear into their shifting. Just their body. So being good at setting up the rest of the disguise is actually helpful. And Infiltration/Imposter are good for assuring your disguises are top-notch, even in edge cases where the changeling ability falters.

I would change the race for human variant ( witch is basicaly mutants ) and them get the new UA feat for eldritch invocation, chosing mask of many faces, this will lead to being able to have a wider range of aperrances right from the start. Of course this would also diminish your proficiencys and hability scores so i dont think it is better but i like it more becase i like this UA arcana.

I'm sure you thought of this but if it had me, I would have dipped into Fighter, taking Unarmed for the fighting style, then without needing Wisdom for multi-classing; had a better Constitution (Con 13, Wis 12, Int 10). I actually have a build kind of like this in mind, though it has a different inspiration entirely. A Changeling Assassin Rogue with a modified “Spy” background, but mix it with a bunch of Glamour Bard levels. The idea behind it is that the Changeling is actually a dedicated Revolutionary (my name for my new custom background, I take Rustic Hospitality from Folk Hero instead of the criminal contact feature), dedicated to overthrowing or at least killing the nobility and establishing democratic rule in every village or town or area they enter. The Bard levels are so that they can try to incite the downtrodden and oppressed villagers to revolt by whipping them up with propaganda in the form of witty, magical songs. The Changeling part is so that they can always infiltrate, and also **escape,** since for obvious reasons the powers-that-be really, **really** want to kill a roving Revolutionary bent on Regime Change. He never goes anywhere without throwing knives, a short-sword, probably smoke pellets, a crossbow, straight-up explosives and incendiary bombs.....and a guitar. And knows how to build a printing press out of common household objects and/or things he carries, if I can manage it. Enter a town, set up the press, plaster every public area with radicalizing leaflets, assassinate a local hero and plant forged evidence linking it to the local nobility, print more leaflets, then sing an angry, tearful song at said hero's funeral calling upon the oppressed masses to overthrow the nobility and establish a utopian democracy. Then flee in the night when the revolt fails, or simply move on to the next location when it succeeds. And, if the party knows about who I am, either they’ll be on board with the idea, or, more hilariously, they’ll know that they have to try to complete their errands in the town fast enough to be on their way again before their crazy Rogue friend manages to start **yet another** peasant revolt.

Finesse isn't use DEX *instead* of STR, it makes it your choice of the two no matter what the weapon would use without it. For most weapons DEX is the one that's added to the list as almost all of them are Melee which are STR default, but consider the dart which is Ranged and thus DEX default Finesse meaning without the tag it's DEX, with the tag it's your choice DEX or STR
