@@Ryan-wx1bi Actually, they can as it depends on the athlete. If someone is genetically predisposed to having low fat in the abdominal area (which is rare for women but not impossible) then they can absolutely be healthy and have abs at the same time. Also, someone who's running a lot will naturally have less body fat and more muscle definition due to high energy expenditure but that will not hurt athletes health as long as they're fuelling properly.

@@irynavoloshyn9037 you're saying that like the only place she doesn't have fat is on the stomach, she basically has none... And anything under 18% is unhealthy for women and especially detrimental to their hormones. There is endless scientific literature on this
