Except health and that low body fat can't go together

@@Ryan-wx1bi Actually, they can as it depends on the athlete. If someone is genetically predisposed to having low fat in the abdominal area (which is rare for women but not impossible) then they can absolutely be healthy and have abs at the same time. Also, someone who's running a lot will naturally have less body fat and more muscle definition due to high energy expenditure but that will not hurt athletes health as long as they're fuelling properly.

@@irynavoloshyn9037 you're saying that like the only place she doesn't have fat is on the stomach, she basically has none... And anything under 18% is unhealthy for women and especially detrimental to their hormones. There is endless scientific literature on this

I have gotten a respiratory/sinus infection after every ultra I've done so far lol it sucks. Hope you rest up and feel better soon!

You mention in a lot of videos that you often have to remind or force yourself to eat enough. Did you ever go through a period after you ED where you constantly thought of food, could never imagine “forgetting to eat”?

I do, however, watched others of her videos. I'm not that interested in vlog style content that much. Just from time to time as "lazy entertainment".

Building muscle and running marathons, yea sure. But you don't want to build muscle if your running alot of ultra marathons.
