Is this correct? Hi Dan. Does the history of the account before date of printing the statement matter. For example you are printing statement May 19 to June 20....does anything that happened in that account before that May 19 matter. Also, can you leave the account without any transaction for that period and not transact their at all.. thanks

Hi needed some advice here. I am now applying for skilled worker visa but struggling about the proof of funds. My employer did not tick the maintenance funds so I need to provide it myself. My bank statement from Nov 1 to Dec 31 is above £1280 consecutively (didn't went down) however, from Jan 16 to 31 it does went down due to a lot of expenses. My skilled worker visa application is Jan 31 and I submit a bank statement that covers Dec 1 to Dec 31 Am I correct to submit Dec 1 to 31 bank statement? I believe it is still covering the "within 31 days of 28 days consecutive" statement of funds. Thanks!
