Good way to make use of low value LDPE plastic, embodying it in buildings :)

Please keep track of how many kWh and labor-hours are used for your full roof. The energy consumption needs to include curb-side pickup, sorting, washing, chopping, etc. I would be azed if you could perform at 30% embodied energy intensity relative to zinc coated corrugated iron.

No viste que no hay máquinas? Solo un horno de panadería, una prensa hecha con un gato hidraulico y un molde hecho con laminas en forma de laminas? Gastas menos de 1000$ pero amigo te aconsejo que leas mucho hacerca de los termoplásticos, porque el material q usan es tapas de gaseosas y hacer esa recolección es muy difícil, no es pet.. investiga, sale mejor fabricar inyectora o estrusora

Easy u get 2 metal sheets have spacers around it. Fill it with molten plastic and squize the mold tight.

We also make more sophisticated machinery that help reduces the amount of energy and labour required. However, Recycling, especially at a smaller/low cost scale is labour intensive, but still necessary. Especially for a lot of places in indonesia that doesnt have that much fund but dont have access to waste management so it is suffocating with plastic, especially the low value one like LDPE.

Exactly. One needs to perform a life cycle assessment of the process. As it standa, the process is beyond insanity from an energy consumption and labor input perspectives.

@@yetao5801 no anti UV material was used so I'm guessing three years before the roof start cracking.

@@yetao5801 It is very easy to look for and find reasons to *not* do anything. Helping takes more time and work. Some people just prefer finding excuses to be lazy.
