I know back in the day Mathill did a witch Elementalist Static Strike that was pretty meme worthy. Haven’t seen a Flicker Strike version by a top tier creator (my weak ass attempts don’t count)

Could have gone elemental and use ice bite support since it provides you frenzy charges quite easily with the only issue being bosses but nothing a mark and frenzy on hit marked enemies and the sword mastery that has 8% chance to give frenzies on hitting rare and uniques mobs does not help and also frenzy skill gem for long boss fights

Not sure what I am doing wrong, my Flicker Strike Slayer at level 82 gets stuck ALL the time when only a single enemy (rare, unique) is around. Flicker simply does not start attacking or stops after 2-3 strikes. Enough mana, no ground blocking - what I am missing?

Probably frenzy charges...

There's nodes on the passive tree to give % chance to gain frenzy charge on hit on unique enemies and a mark mastery that will help you sustain frenzy charges on bosses. For the mark mastery one make sure you have assassin's mark + mark on hit support. That should hold you down until you get Farrul's fur set up

I actually had Phase Run on Automation consuming Frenzy charges (yeah, *facepalm*) and at the same time I finally got gloves with Aspect of the Cat to match the Farrul's body armor = much better experience now. Next up will be the Mark mastery that gives 10% chance for Frenzy on hit
