Not copying the content from youtube. I use youtube videos to create SOPs. Because GPT generates SOPs lack specificity. So we create an explanation video and upload on KZbin as unlisted. And use glasp + gpt to create SOP.

What about the limitation of token - how to deal with the issue of long transcribe?

For long transcriptions I copy the transcription manually and and divide them into 20 minutes worth of transcriptions and ask gpt to learn from each segment. Then add a final prompt asking for a complete summary

I think it's great would you have here except they're not SOPs they're more like guides. SOPs are far more detailed

yeah. I agree. this gives a good starting point. and SOPs need far more subject matter expertise than what chatgpt provides. This helps you get out of the blank paper rut and gives you something to work with.
