Hello Charmaine! I’m watching in from Alaska. I recently joined my church’s worship group, and ever since had been watching your vocal warm ups & learning soooo my much about the voice and what a gift it is to sing for the Lord. Your videos are a tremendous help and inspiration. I will forever on continue to watch your videos for vocal guidance. It wasn’t a coincidence for me to watch your videos. The Lord knew what I needed and sent me to your channel. I recently gave my life to Christ the beginning of Nov 2023 and started singing again. I haven’t sung a worship song since the passing of my brother in 2018. & the enemy would tell me how worthless I was and to never sing again. But my life took a turn for the good, when I gave my life to Jesus Christ in Nov 2023. I will never go back to the worldly things! I will use my body, my voice as a temple for the Lord and praise him till the last hour. 🙏❤️✨

Through this video I felt God spoke to me in this: I love to sing and God gave me the chance to do it for Him even though I don’t have a innate gift for this, and I think God led me to this, but I’ve asked Him why if I don’t have a beautiful voice and I want to improve but honestly it’s hard and asked God help to sing better and I felt like He said your voice will improve when you stop cursing, I felt so embarrassed that sometimes when I’m driving and get mad at some drivers I say bad words even I am Christian, this is shame on me, so before I can even sing better I need to stop doing it because worshipping to our Holy Father needs a Holy mouth 😭😥 oh My Lord 🙏🏼💟✝️ God bless you

Charmaine, I am a full-time worship minister and I am recovering from bronchitis for months. I clicked on this video in Holy-Spirit-timing and it has deeply blessed me for many years to come. Not just vocally, but spiritually. I am so grateful for your ministry and have passed this video on to my team of vocalists. Thank you for all you do! Jesus is so honored by it!!

Even though I didn't know anything about singing, I believe The Holy Spirit led me to join my church choir. I started to watch/listen to videos and God led me to one of yours. Thank you for all that you do! This morning, I was praying about wisdom, understanding, and guidance and you mention a few scriptures in this video. Isn't God wonderful!!! Again, thank you!!

Thank you so much for this Charmaine. I am trusting GOD to heal me of asthma. but until it manifests. The residuals of the asthma meds is a pain in the neck on the vocal cords. I rinse and take meds to prevent thrush from forming on my vocals cords. I still keep pressing on, but, wow, it can be distracting and discouraging. But in the midst of all that my vocal abilities are getting stronger and better. Go figure!!! I have to resist satan and trust GOD in his timing of a full healing!!! 🙏💞

Sister, I have been singing and worshipping for a long time, but within the last couple of years, I can't hit high notes any more without "squeezing" it out. What happened to my voice? Can it be restored? I need help, please.
@worshipvocalistАй бұрын
Hi Laura! It sounds like you are straining to hit those notes, which can happen for multiple reasons - namely that the voice has gotten fatigued and/or has been under stress (it's often related to our body being under stress) and needs a time of recovery. Or, sometimes our voice can go for a certain amount of time (often for many years!) without proper vocal technique/warming up, but then it stops functioning efficiently, and healthy vocal technique is necessary to get the voice back on track. If you haven't been through the courses on www.worshipvocalist.com, I would recommend that as a starting point! But most importantly - I declare healing over your voice in Jesus' name. Supernatural recovery and ease in your singing so that you can worship without distraction and in complete health! Meditate on Isaiah 53 - by His stripes you are healed!

How do I know if i am practicing too much? Thanks!
@worshipvocalist8 ай бұрын
Hi! If you are practicing too much, your voice will feel tired and strained. If it feels that way, take a day off and/or do shorter practice sessions!
