Forced savings is good. But the method that you speak of works especially well in the past. Not so much going forward with high interest rates imho..i think high interest rates are here to stay due to deglobalisation. Just buy a property that fits your lifestyle best. Life is short. No point eat white bread everyday for the sake of "wealth accumulation"

What happened to the audio ? Only can hear sound on one side of my headphones! The previous video also had the same issue. When advertisement appeared, both side of my headphone got sound. Switched to another KZbinr channels to check sound and other channels are working ok ( both side of headphones got sound ) Still Enjoyed your video 😅

Liked! Would you suggest taking HDB or bank loan for my 2nd BTO flat. I’m currently staying in my 1st BTO (4 room fully paid with CPF), and my new BTO flat (5 room) would be ready in 3 months time. Issue is if I take HDB loan, I need to refund 50% of cash proceeds for new BTO flat. Expect to receive at least $100k from the sale. But there is a need to pay a cash resale levy of $40k also.
