Very good advise! One thing I'd disagree tho is having to increase the number of sets over time. You could also keep the number of sets the same or even drop it and increase the intensity instead.

I just started to cut some fat. 10 kg in 3 months is my goal. 171cm/77kg. Wish me luck 😁
@andreyzhiltsov26417 күн бұрын
good luck. I went from 80 kg to 69 in 2021, took me 6 months. I tried not to exceed 500 calories deficit a day so that the body would not start reserve fat because of very rapid calorie intake decline. Now I have put on some weight again, so I started anew from 77kg beginning of January. Today it is 75kg, but I know the progress will slow down later. I hope to get about 70 by summer (173cm) with Body Transformation program. Of course , age matters as well. I am 47 , the metabolism is slower than for younger people

@andreyzhiltsov2641 Wish You the best 💪 I'm 89'er, my personal best was 5kg or a little more in one month, but my work is very hard (block paving? I don't know how is it in english). I went from 83 to 67 in 4 months. And of course winter came, no job for 6 weeks and I bulked to 75 😁 but for now, I'm trying not to eat shit, I got vacation with beer, my diet is something about 2k kcal per day, and I put some weights on. Sorry if I made mistakes in what I wrote here, I'm from Poland. Greetings 👍

The vast majority of people that chase Aesthetics have mental health problems which sometimes leads to social problems, which further feed into the mental health problems. When bodybuilding first originated it was all about looking young vibrant and healthy. There was no being shredded, there was no worrying about developing all these little nooks and crannies that don't really matter, it was all about looking strong and healthy as well as the performance aspect of muscle control and actually lifting weights. I am built like a warrior coming from the byproduct of a healthy lifestyle training just about every discipline out there, eating mostly protein and fatty vegetables and getting 7.5 hours of sleep every night

finished Mobility 1.0 and then could not decide which suits me more, Complete Calisthenics or Body Transformation. Completed 3 parts of CC, and realised that slim body at my 47 is better then the ability to do a cool move which (ability) is hard to maintain..and I also do not plan to show this ability in KZbin or anything. So I guess, slim body at my 50 will be the greatest present for me ) so I am in the middle of the first part of Body Transformation. And I am also doing some handstand on rest days.

Cool to read. I am on their Mobility 2.0 and Body Transformation. I still have a long way to go, at 41 and neglected my body. But glad my gene keeps me still mobile enough. Do well sir and hopefully I look lean down enough and look good into my 50's.

Thanks for Rebe video! What do you think of combining two full body sessions (calestenics+ resistance bands) with two days of intense swimming?
@calimove4 күн бұрын
Sounds good to me if you want to get/stay fit and build a decent body. However, keep in mind that three strength sessions would be more effective. While you'll still build muscle with two, three sessions are generally better in most cases.

2:49, I wouldn't do that. The back rounds and the weight puts a lot of pressure on the spine. The exercise execution at 3:26 is also incorrect. When doing lateral raises, your wrists should not go higher than your shoulders. If you go higher, it does nothing to build muscle in your shoulders

The video is about how to build an aesthetic physique naturally. Here are the key points: * Defining Aesthetics: * Aesthetics refers to a balanced and visually appealing physique with symmetrical muscle proportions. * The ideal aesthetic physique varies depending on individual preferences and genetics. * Key features of an aesthetic physique include a V-taper, muscularity without bulkiness, and low body fat percentage. * Genetics and Aesthetics: * Genetics play a significant role in muscle shape and size. * Focus on training to build size and address weak points rather than worrying about genetic limitations. * Strategies for addressing weak points: * Train weak muscles first in your workout. * Use exercises that specifically target weak areas (e.g., decline push-ups for upper chest, chin-ups for biceps). * Training for Aesthetics: * Align training principles with standard bodybuilding practices. * Train consistently at least three times per week. * Perform 8-20 sets per muscle group per week, adjusting volume based on experience. * Use a rep range of 6-15 repetitions for optimal muscle growth. * Prioritize effort and leave a few reps in reserve for most sets. * Nutrition for Aesthetics: * Bulking Phase: Aim for a 5-10% caloric surplus and 0.7-1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. * Cutting Phase: Adjust to a 15-20% caloric deficit while maintaining protein intake. * Consider supplementing with creatine, vitamin D, magnesium, fish oil, and caffeine. * Other Important Factors: * Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep per night. * Body Fat Percentage: A lower body fat percentage (below 10%) reveals muscle definition. The video emphasizes the importance of consistent training, proper nutrition, and addressing individual weaknesses to achieve an aesthetic physique. It also highlights the importance of realistic expectations and avoiding comparisons to unrealistic standards often portrayed in media.

The only thing I disagree with this video is that they said you should be below 10% body fat which is dangerously low especially if you're not competing in bodybuilding or physique competitions. I've seen a lot of guys with aesthetic physiques between 11-17%, and that range is much safer and more sustainable compared to being below 10%
