I feel like motivator is gonna be the sneaky best path to go, even if recruiter looks like the obvious choice. So of course I'm starting tactician at Hawaii, maybe I'll have that program rebuilt before the stadium is??

You can change the speed of coach progression for your dynasty. I think there are 5 different speeds to choose from. So I'm assuming you will be able to max out your coach in anywhere from 6 to 30 seasons, depending on the progression speed you choose.

I think motivator has to be it from seeing this. Was going to go with recruiter, but if you start at a smaller program getting boost to the guys on the team will be the biggest factor in the early years. Find some guys with speed or size and develop them and once you have the program going into the right direction start going for recruiter
