I understand 100%. I spent almost 2 years building/restoring my 00 LS coupe and I've taken it out maybe 5 times at the most. Today seemed like the perfect day to finally give her a nice drive, but as soon as I opened the garage door, the sky got pitch black and it started down pouring a couple minutes later. Which is the only reason I'm watching this video now. lol

Very clean build! That engine bay is squeaky clean, too! As much as I love these old school Hondas, I appreciate you taking your time interviewing the builders and finding out the stories behind each build! Btw the rolling shots are fire, it’s really hard to film and drive at the same time.

Reminds me of high school back in 99 2000 when I had my eg. My friend and I swapped cars for the day and I drove his gsr. Most of my friends had Hondas, del Sol SI, eg civic EX & DX, 2 EM1s and a ITR. eclipses were big back then too

Very clean GSR ! I had a Da9 LS special for about 13 years that look similar to this GSR, minus the Hiro spoiler and side skirt. I was a member of G2IC in the early 2000's I even remember even having the shirt lol

Always loved this generation of integras. Bone stock they are already very low to the ground and wide, so with some suspension mods you have a very good handling car.

That's a mint integra. I've always liked this model more than the latest one. Automotive anatomy, can you locate a 1993 Ford Probe GT stick and do a video on it? That was a sweet ride. I bought a new one back then and it was quick and had tight handling. Super fun to drive, color was rio red with the 5 spoke OEM rims chromed out. Helped me slay a lot of tail.

@@AutomotiveAnatomy it was a cousin to the Mazda 626. Same platform, engine and everything. Little 2.5 v6 but revved up quick like a motorcycle. Had it at 140 with the tach at 8000 going down the 20 in a desert somewhere in Texas. I miss that car!

I know I miss my b18c5/B18b my car was all motor pushing like guesstimate 280-290hp to crank 250- 275whp with 9,000 Redline With All Parts 10,000rpm safe with jg eldorbrok intake manifold, str fuel rail, haimlian fuel pressure regulator, eclispe gsx injectiors, bbk 70mm throttle body full Aem cold air full Ported and polished GSR head with Bronze Valve Guides Stainless steel valves with 3 way angle job and dual springs, block girdle with 20 over type r pistons on eagle h beams rods, with stock crank knife edged motor fully balanced and blueprinted mugan header from Japan not Megan, kevlar tomi timing belt, type r cams, bigger oil pump with a aftermarket oil pan that held extra quart of oil, full 2.5 to 3 inch exhaust, apexi vetec controller first one and replaced with the 2nd version + much more I'm leaving out like racing clutch AND LIMITED SLIP DIFF all in a 1991-92 Integra RS hatch! WAS SWEET I put 5 years of my teen years into build every dime bought it $500 bent valves and my dad died when I was 17 and I lost my way doing drugs and depression until I went to the Marine Corps that I was able to get my life together and wish I had my car biggest regret ever

I had a King Motorsprts built '01 spec B18c5 in my Frost White '92 GSR(DB2). Mugen Gymkhana spec 4-2-1 exhaust manifold(header) and RSR Ex-Mag(the quiet one) 60mm exhaust. Super old school HKS "Power Flow" intake before they changed the name to Super Mega Flow.

Good car man!Really effing clean.He should look into having ppf installed on the car if he plans on tracking it.That can save alot of money on repaint work by deflecting stones/rubber chunks.Even if he just did the front end and behind/in front of the rear wheels would help alot...
