53 years old. Did my first 50m underwater swim ever this week . Did another today and stayed underwater for 3 minutes a few minutes afterwards . I have done 3:30 before 20 years ago when I was super fit.

1 book I would suggest adding to your list is, The Anatomy of Peace by the Arbinger Institute. I have read Outwitting the devil because you mentioned it previously and what an incredible read. I cannot tell you the amount of people I have suggested that book to. Thank you for your wisdom on your show. Thanks brotha for all you do. For kicking our ass when we need it. I thought i was just getting old 56. I found my testosterone was 150. Along with high cholesterol and the rest. Got on TRT. Started exercising, eating real food, cut out the shit...for the most part. And stopped drinking. I feel amazing now. The morale of the story...get your shit cheked. Blood work, everything. Then, like they said in Shawshank Redemption, get to living or get to dieing.

I found once the experiences that broke us in the passed only become a small inconvenience today, our minds have gained an unshakable resolve. In the past I lost it all and really lost the heart to gain it back but now I've lost it all or most of it but as disheartened as I feel I find myself still doing things to try.

My opposition definitely wants me to be fat, depressed and stupid like I get it for 10 years now. I've been gaslighted when I'm when I'm what I'm happy. They get jealous and induce me into a drug state of depression and anxiety. When I better myself they do things that knock-me-down like losing my job. Losing my family losing my friends. They've taken absolutely. Everything from me. It's some psychotic dude, cowboy federal agent. The same guy off a peripheral. The Netflix show that got canceled last year. They have a device talking to me. My head guide me on what to do or what not to do when I try to disobey them. They punish me by pushing me into a drug and state of depression. And anxiety and PTSD over and over again and over and over again. Doing my best not Not perfect far from it but doing everything I can with what I got getting better and better by the day.Have my setbacks with sweets but pretty soon.Hopefully I don't have those setbacks because of videos like yours
