Super valuable information here. I work as a professional project manager in my day job and have remote teams under me as well. This also helped me to understand a couple things where we failed in one of our side businesses and nonprofits. We have some good things to work on in our next launch. Thanks, Patrick!

I've only ever handled one crew at a time. when I hired people to operate independently, they didn't follow instructions. instead, they would decide to do things which I didn't have as a priority. it wasn't wrong, it just wasn't what I wanted done. this is good advice, thanks.:)

Hey, Pat. After watching the video you made about doubling your money I decided to bring more people into my Mobile Carwash business. I decided to place him at the barbershop where I started and am now looking at another barbershop. This video answered the question of how I should handle the multiple locations. But, I have a lot more questions. Is there a way for us to communicate with one another, so I can have these questions answered?

Great stuff Patrick, just recently discovered you and everything you say seems to be very relevant. In regards to this video do you have any advice for someone like me that has a small team going across continents that's pretty solid and we do great work but I was only able to get everyone together 2 times in the last 5-6 years mostly because we're still running too thin on finances. I try getting the heartbeat across by staying up until 4am so my designers get a good start and everything is clear but my next day basically goes to shit, I'm lethargic with clients or my developers get the wrong energy from me. I tried waking up 4am and it works better for me but it's not the same as getting people rallied up in the morning. My partner/leader over there has his own energy and ways of dealing with clients over there and it doesn't always mesh perfectly. My current only solution seems to assemble the same team here but that comes with it's own set of challenges and it still doesn't solve my lack of influence over there. We're talking NYC and Qatar time zones here. I'm actually considering moving to LA just to extend my day 3 more hours...

Joe, I believe you're referring to a non-scalable business, by definition, when labour costs are "heavy". You could grow that business, but it would take more capital at every threshold. What kind of business do you run anyway?

Yann Ymnga my suggestion...1. Discover what is your Unique Talenet(Social Media, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Writing, Research, SEO, Learn a new skill if you need to... 2. Make a list of 20-100 potential business mentors who you can use your talent to create Value for...Target the Up & Coming business People...it will be harder to get people like Gary V, Grant Cardone, Tony Robbins, etc 3. Start connecting with these Mentors - Comment on their video/content & share their Videos/content. This will help you pop up on their radar. 4. Offer your Talent/Skill for FREE. This is a way to become an intern and learn about their business and to build your skillset. Ultimately this person will teach you & give you experience that will lead to paid opportunities(maybe even getting a paid position with them). This is also a huge credibility builder. Results is the best credibility...and getting results for a successful business owner will give you huge credibility to get paid opportunities. let me know if you have more questions
