@@kurushimee Keychron Q2, Keychron Q3 has made it accessible for entry level keyboard enthusiasts to join the hobby. For example, the Keychron Q3 is 2kg CNC aluminium base plate, foam, and Gateron v2 brown switches (factory lubed). Minor mods like Tape Modding + o-rings, can make the keyboard really smooth and silent, or juts a Tape mod makes the keys more thock. PSA for beginner builders: If you have a hot swap board, when you put on the switches, make sure you support the back of the socket when putting on the switches because it’s possible to pop off the hot swap socket if you don’t. Trust me it’s not fun trying to fix a popped socket especially if the pad comes off. It doesn’t happen often, but better safe than sorry I always say

I really enjoyed this video being a real and authentic video on someone who has very limited experience and understanding of the hobby and what goes into it. I think it is also a good self-esteem builder for those who may be nervous on building there own keyboards and doing the process. So, cool Idea for a video and thanks to you you and Josie

"Hecking Keycaps" 🤣 I'm more than 6 months behind, but since I'm interested in building my own keyboard, your video was the first I decided to watch. Shout out to Josie for being a trooper while building her first keyboard, I hope her pc build is filmed too. Mahalo for the tips. 🤙🏽

The bit I struggled with most building my first keeb (like a month ago lol) was flashing the firmware to get it to work in via, I had to completely dissassemble my freshly made board in order to plug in the nekked PCB and hit the reset switch
