I have tried so many different ways to attempt to make ACC drivable, this setup has just smashed it for me thank you. I was a second quicker but more importantly I can now handle the car’s twitching. It’s brilliant thank you 🙏

Hello Arnout, First of all, thank you for providing detailed explanations in your previous videos. Thanks to you, I learned more about some subjects. I agree with your comment about Ferrari. I some used setups could not speed and control. Therefore, when I found the appropriate setting in Camber and Teo, I found that I was faster and the car was more stable. As you mentioned in your video, Camber and Teo are max. don't need to use it at that level for me.

I just started sim racing a couple of days ago. I started career mode in ACC and spent 2 whole days trying to complete the training on the Monza track in the Lambo Huracan ST. I was barely able to finish even a single lap each iteration because the oversteer was killing me. I tried to make my own adjustments after reading what all the settings do. I was able to make it better at lower speeds but then it was worse at higher speeds. I’m oversteering like crazy exiting corners. It was happening at low gear and high RPMs prior to me ‘fixing’ it, and now it’s happening at higher gear and even in lower RPMs. Traction control doesn’t seem to help, so I believe I messed with one of the settings and made it worse. I don’t even have to give it full throttle and the rear end will just come right around. I ended up giving up on trying to actually complete the Monza circuit training because of my frustration. When I moved on I was given a choice between the 2012 Emil Frey Jaguar G3 and the 2018 Porsche 991 GT3 R. I chose the Jag figuring a rear mount engine in the 991 would cause even more oversteer than the Lambo. Can’t wait to try out everything I’ve learned from the 3 videos you posted. Maybe I will start the campaign over again to actually finish the Monza training circuit. Hopefully I can figure out how to setup the car properly. It really sucks when the vehicle doesn’t respond the way I expect it to. It may all be just because I’m new to the game and sim racing as a whole. Anyway, your channel is great info! Edit: YOU ARE A GENUIS! Just spent 10 minutes on Monza in that Huracan ST with your base setup and my oversteering problem is completely gone! Now I’m having a problem with my timing. I am braking wayyyy too early now. This setup allows me to start braking much later. Even when I have 6th gear maxed out I am able to wait another 50 meters before I have to start braking for a 90 degree turn. This is amazing! The only ‘problem’ I see is my top speed is down from 159mph to 150mph now. But that doesn’t matter much at Monza. Whatever I’m losing in the straight I’m gaining that and then some in the corners. This is the first time in the past 2 days that I drove the entire 10 minutes without wanting to smash something due to the car not doing what I want it to do. Feels great to have a car matching my inputs while feeling like it’s on rails. THANK YOU!

Which version were you basing this on? I'm new to ACC and started with 1.9.9. Not sure if the toe/top speed issue has been fixed. By the way, the reason you might want a higher front bumpstop rate is when you have a car whose Aero is very pitch sensitive, so you want to keep the rake as consistent as possible by riding the bumpstops practically all the time (with 1-4 range). The 992, with its shorter wheel base is a car that will benefit from this (try out 1 range at 1400 or so on the front). The AMG is a good example of the opposite. Nice work on these videos 👍🏻

It's based on the 1.98. We need to research that toe, hopefully, they fixed it. Thanx for the comment

Hej Arnout, when do you think, you have updated your presets for new Version 1.10.x. I am really intrested in to test it after all this great feedback. Thanks & greetings, Chris :)

The 1.9 preset works also with the 1.10 version. And the Nordschleife needs a bit of an alternative approach. But I will explain this in a future livestream
