I plan on doing the same with my saw to save space. Another reason is to be able to just use my table saw fence as a router fence. Ill add a cover with vacuum of course. Idk why you cant use your table saw fence? I wasn't understanding that. Also. Im planning on going a bit deeper on the cut and having an insert with screws for adjusting heights over time. Great video.

Nicely done looking for some ideas to do with my Delta Fence too. As a OCD freak I wish you you have used M8-1.25 hex counter sunk screws. I have to do it now.

Good tips! You know that since your plate opening is round you could have still used your table saw fence and fed your work piece through the bit as you would do with a bandsaw.
