Thank you! Watching it first then gonna comment again. I typically recomp year round with small periods of deloads and that works amazingly. I added twenty pounds to by bench press by doing nothing but taking a break via a deload period where I didn't lift at all. This works for me bc of the way I train and eat and rest though. The deep rest was much needed for proper recovery. Whole body nervous system recovery vs compartmentalized recovery for muscle groups is something I pay attention to always. And I must say it works for me.

I was surprised I came back stronger on almost all my lifts after taking a break for two weeks and not training at all during that period. I did gain some fat bc i pigged out a bit but it's easy to lose that with the proper training and dieting.

Thanks for the support. CNS & compartmentalized recovery is something a lot of people are not aware & it’s a game changer once known. Deloads are essential on any type of training routine as well.

@@MikeMentzerHITBearer Thanks brother,it would really mean a lot cuz i discovered Mike Mentzers approach just recently and altho i understand some of the principles of H.I.T, it would be Really helpful to know like-ok on every 4-7 days im doing this exercises,in this order,and thats covered.

Don’t know if it’s hood for accessory. But it’s definitely good for accessory training, just don’t over do it.

I hit my target weight. how long would you say to maintain for before cutting more weight again for next target weight? Been dieting for 9 weeks.

So basically you are eating maintenance and going to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time? so how is this a bulk lmao? sounds like a recomp.

Actually he multiplied his current weight by 15, then his TARGET weight by 15 so that's a 480 cal increase. Then once he reached his TARGET goal he multiplied his weight by 12.5 and then consumed that amount. Sometimes you just have to pay attention. It's better to be thought of as a fool, than to speak and remove all doubts 🤔🤣🤣
