Ever wanted to know how to make your standalone ECU snap crackle and pop with a tune? Cory and Andy teach you how to burble (crackle) tune a SR20DET S13 Nissan 240sx drift car with a Borg Warner EFR6758 turbo running on a Haltech Elite 1500 standalone ecu. If you want flames, crackles, and pops, you have come to the right place! This is one serious S13 silvia build!
Before the boys could start tuning the Nissan 240sx to make burble/crackle tune, they chase down a supercharged AP2 S2000 in a street race. The Silvia S13 pulls on the Vtec Honda.
This Nissan 240 sports a SR20DET turbo engine. The original engine in a Nissan S13 is a Ka24e. We swapped it out to make drift racing easier and to make fun turbo noises during drift school. We prefer the Silvia s13 vs Silvia s14 for 240sx drifting fun.

At those rpms reducing fuel won't effect power. Those cells are in vacuum, as soon as you hit the gas you'll be in a different cell on the map. If you have any other questions please let us know.

Yes, the spool up is so good with that 6758. It's very linear almost doesn't even feel like a turbo car because the response is so good.

@@CarGuyFridays depending on what motor i put in my S14 Im gonna probably put one on it. 400+whp with instant turbo response WHY ARENT PEOPLE ALL OVER THIS.

EFR isn't cheap, personally I'm a big Garrett fan but you can't deny the 6758. Heck the EFR is used in Indy car, if that doesn't speak volumes I don't know what does.

@@CarGuyFridays well I mean if you’re making a setup from scratch the EFR is honesty the same price as a GT series Garrett turbo setup. If you’re doing GTX or G-Series the EFR becomes the cheaper option considering the wastegate, BOV and EBC solenoid is all included in the $1550 price tag
