I enjoyed this video! Many years ago when I was working as an apprentice cutter, the meat cutter (Freddie's son) went on vacation so Freddie ran whole bone in round steaks in the ad. We ordered in rump and rounds and I was cutting away at the saw, when something caught my eye. I shut off the saw and it was Freddie and the Store Manager Chuck watching me. Chuck asked "Do you know what your doing"? I replied "No". Freddie laughed and said; "At least he'll admit it". Good video!

After many, many replays with closed captions on, I did some detective work on Google and found that Sam is using a beef splitting blade from Halfords in Edmonton. Unfortunately, Halfords only ships to Canada. I reached out to them, and they did not express any interest in changing that shipping policy. If you are in Canada, lucky you: Search Google for “Halfords BSBESSBLA25”

One time I saw a guy bbq a30lb roast of some kind using natural meskete...... And some alder ...apple... almond wood chips... in a very large home made bbq with heavey duty rotisery motor...was so hot i had to stay 4 ft back...he would cut pieces off as it cooked ... carry them to his deli meat slicer slice it paper thin ad a bit more marinade and the juices and heat it up a little... Put about 1 inch thick pile of meat on a high quality bread ... Maybe a little more than that.... Walk out into the crowd around his establishment at the convention or get together whatever... And hand it to the guy that ordered it. 14 dollars... It was so tasty and good that you couldn't hardly even believe it
