Train this move 3-4 times a week with rest days in between. Ex. Monday-Wednesday-Friday. Build the foundation points first. Warm up with light exercises and stretches - kzbin.info/www/bejne/p3i2lGB7itGsqLM . Train and master you B-Kick perform 3 sets of 5-8 reps of your B-Kick progression - kzbin.info/www/bejne/o5akfoGvht-BoJY . Perform this one each side or going both directions so your balanced. Then perform 3 sets of 10-15 superman raises to strengthen your lower back muscles, finish off with a cool down and stretches (pike stretch, hamstring stretch, wide split stretch, back bridge). Once you Master your B-Kick then start to train your B-Twist technique

Thank you brothers!! xD Finally I find a complete video, - exactly what I was looking for! With those exercises I should land a B-Twist in basically no time DDD My tutorial request would be next: I had a friend, in my Kung Fu classes. We went both for about a year and a half, before moving out to another location. Now my friend has had a year more of training in it than me, but his punches were incredible! He could punch a wall, make it tremble, like any wall and not get hurt. How can I develop same strength?? Are there particular exercises for this type of thing, like conditioning and stuff?

Man, this move is so cool, my Classmates will finally understand that I was practicing, not being stupid, they really keep mocking me because I’m practicing Parkour and Freerunning while I’m not Skinny, I’m a bit athletic but i’m still a bit fat and wider than Average. I did get the B-Kick easily though. Time to try this at home then At school🔥 We’ll see whose laughing at who. Wanted to learn this long before school.

I have a suggestion for ur next video. Maybe u could do a parkour meal plan. Like what to eat and what not to eat, or how much to eat and what time to eat
@Whoaman555
@Whoaman555 8 жыл бұрын
No need for a video, eating is simple but a lot of the hard stuff comes from maintaining consistency and also discipline. Also tracking what you eat. Here's a super quick and sloppy breakdown: What to eat: nice, fresh, organic food. Cook your meals with the least amount of oils as possible. Eat tons of veggies and fruits. If you also want to stay lean, stay away from carbs like pasta, bread, rice, potatoes. Drink whole milk if youre not lactose intolerant, stay away from low fat milk because it increases risk of cancer, also low fat milk is dumb anyway. If lactose intolerant, almond milk is a pretty good substitute. For women, soy milk is good, but is bad for men. Soy raises estrogen levels. Do not eat: greasy, oily foods. Fast food, oily foods like bacon, foods high in sodium. Try not to eat red meats often, they raise your cholesterol levels. Egg yolk is kinda high in cholesterol, separate them and eat only egg whites instead. A little bit of whatever you want is good, moderation is healthy. Just dont eat too much of anything and youll be completely fine. Thats why some people have "cheat days" where they eat anything. True masters of discipline stay away completely from unhealthy food. Eat as much as you want to pertaining to your goals. Want to get bigger? Eat 3000 or 3500 calories a day, depending on your height. That's about 4 average sized meals, with snacks and drinks in between. Want to stay lean and average? Eat 2000 or 2500 calories a day, again depending on your height. Want to lose weight? Eat 1500 or 2000 calories a day. Daily calories are not as important, so dont fret too much. Weekly calories are more important. So make sure to make up for lost calories or skip a meal if you ate a lot the other day. Doesnt matter when you eat during the day, just eat. However: if you're trying to gain muscle and maintain muscle and strength, you must consume a lot of protein every 4 hours. You want to eat about 1 kg of protein for every pound you weigh. Dont become a freak about it though, it isnt mandatory but it is scientifically proven to help with muscle growth and mass gain. Final note, careful of protein shakes. They are good for gaining calories and protein, and will definitely make a difference. Just keep in mind that they are bad for your liver and most of the nutrients will pass right through you anyway, so you'll only really gain about 40% of the shake's labeled contents. Always cycle on supplements: take your creatine/daily protein shake/mineral supplements for a month or two, and then stop using them completely for another month or two. Then repeat. This keeps your body ready to adapt and in tip top shape. Drink TONS of water when youre active a lot. 8 cups a day is the daily recommendation, the more active you are the more you need to drink. If you take any Creatine, you need to almost double that amount. Dont stress too much if you cant, but doing so will keep you really healthy, hydrated, and energized. That's free of charge for you, good luck ;)
