Great tutorial! That one drill you did where you just landed on the pad on your stomach over and over again is exactly how I learned it. I just kept doing that until I was high enough towards the end to put a foot down. The other tips shouod definetly help clean mine up, as lately I have been finding it difficult to land without planting a hand for balance. Thanks!

i learned the btwist sucessfully last week, i usually flip after martial arts training. im 15 and im progessing fast teaching myself the arts, i'll continue to study your technique and one day i'll be big martial artist like you GNT.

Got to say you have the cleanest btwist on KZbin. No on else seems to keep that top arm vertical like you do either. Even jade xu swings it laterally. Like i said though, ypu have the cleanest one with the most pop so I will mimicking yours.

Would it theoretically be possible (for a tricker much better than me) to spin the b-twist the other way? So take off with your right leg and spin towards your left shoulder (or vice versa)? I'm still working on the normal butterfly twist, so I'm not going to try it myself, but has anyone ever tried it?
