What about those that own multiple businesses? Did they spend months learning the ins and out of such a business. What about someone that own 26 businesses like Cody Sanchez how does she have the time to learn each business so well? Wouldnt that take me years to learn all those businesses?

It’s only pertains to people who want to get an SBA loan. You can buy other businesses with seller financing.

Not really. You just have to convince the seller you're the right person for the job since they will be letting you run it.

I've been working for my employer for 10 years. I know the business inside and out. They are a big company with 13 locations. I have the opportunity to buy my location for $200k. After expenses we average about $300k a year. It's an established business, been here over 25 years already a well oiled machine with 0 risk I can see. I have a 740 credit score. Could I get a loan and if so how difficult would it be?
