I have a food truck myself that's been sitting in my yard for many years..... how do I get all the equipment inspected inside

It depends what type of equipment it is. If it cooling clean the fans and condensers. Check all the temperature. On the gas supply you can get a propane meter to see for any leeks or you can go to a gas supplier they can do a pressure or leak test. After that contact your local health department for requirements. Make sure you do a test run of everything before you start. Let us know of you need any help.

I don't know where you guys get these $10K food trucks..... but over here it's ridiculous, like $50K-$60K for a half decent equipped one.

Yes the video is a few years old with covid and all inflation it's more like 20k now. Yes you are right if you want an all finished up and nice truck it's 50k. But think outside of the box and if you can fix it and make it better you are able to find it. Also remember everyone is looking now wait until the season is over October/November is the best time to buy
