This make me realize my buyers agent sucked. I was thinking this whole time most buyers agents were like car dealers and were just trying to close deals without knowing anything about the whole process. I talked with my loan agent more than my real estate agent.

The earlier the better. The compound effects of owning a property such as appreciation, rent growth, loan pay down and the tax benefits add up over the years. And if you take advantage of owner occupied home loans you only have to live in the property for 12 months and after that you can repeat and buy another property

No good age. Just an age when you are ready. Took me until 28 so I would believe a modern range between late 20s to early 30s. 28-35

Any age! I just turned 37 and have just got started in REI. You are falling into the trap everyone does from time to time by comparing yourself to others. Don't rush it. Study, plan, then buy!
