If you credit score is not great in the uk will i be asked for it when i do come to purchase home ive seen vids where they want all info from last country i thought it wasnt transferable were coming for fresh start is this what mortgage companies will ask for .

Hi Manuel - if you are buying in cash then you do not need to apply for Mortgage financing

there is a foreign buyer ban in Canada right now until 2027....you must be Canadian or hold a valid PR (permanent resident card)
