Never buy shared ownership,and never buy mortgage from private lander,try with ur 20% deposit (don't go with 5% and government 15%) !

@ViBhuTVofficial shared ownership u need to pay rent and mortgage, when u wanna sell that property it's really hard to sell ! Try to get whole property , in my time 2018 it was a 5% and 15%gov , not sure now ,,if u go with gov deposit u can't put ur property on a rent , and after 5 years government will charge money as like mortgage, if u go with gov deposit when u sell at that time gove also ask for their part! Government scheme only applicable in new home or house, not for old house,,,My opinion Is just go with 20% deposit..!
