Yes, an aunt can cosign for a mortgage under certain conditions. According to the USDA guidelines, if an applicant does not meet the repayment ability requirements, they can have another party join the application as a cosigner or have other household members join the application

it wont work ive tried everything all the you tubers suggestions forget it f.h.a. and all the others unless your not going to get a loan unless you have a 900 credit score and three fourths the homes asking price for a down payment you will not get a loan so forget it i know i tried it talk to a loan officer where you do your banking !!!

@@rickybearden4575 let’s talk. Credit score isn’t the only factor and as mentioned in the video you’re gonna either need cash for down payment or good credit. You cannot qualify to finance a house if you have neither.
