in the 4 seat trainet category the Beech Musketeer and Sundowner is often overlooked. 160 hp O320 and 180 hp O360. Very roomy and rock solid build quality. You can get a good one for 40000

the Cherokee is more a true 4 seater than a C-172 is, yet the Cherokee was actually the equivalent to the C-150 Archer C182 Warrior C172 Cherokee C150
