Title kam paise me agriculture land kaise kharide isliye hai ki 3cr ki jagah 60Lakh me power of leverage se aap kaise owner bankar sell kar sakte ho..2nd apko agriculture land lene ke liye loan nhi milta..aap 99% tabhi lete ho jab apke pass ya to payment ka arrangement ho ya aap sirf agreement karke land ko resale karna chhate ho ya apke pass already clients ho aap sirf profit ratio increase karne ke liye agreement karte ho..!!

It's for experienced person only. You'd need some good contacts. If you don't know anything, you don't have contacts and just in case you couldn't sell it on time you'd be needing a back up plan or at least have that amount in your reach. Yes it's not for everyone unless you know how to do it.
