Two tips for newbies; Try to spread your investments locally and internationally, Remember that the market is a zero sum game. Be very sure of where you want to put your money or get the services of a pro (that way you don't have to do much). Made my first million this way earlier this year. Good luck!

I own some long-term hold real estate currently, which has done pretty well. But as a result of focusing on just real estate, I barely know anything about the stock market. I love real estate, but it takes a larger amount of capital and work, and like you mentioned, is not as easy to liquefy. I think it's important to diversify your investment strategy, that way you can continue to have an investment strategy regardless of economic periods and life circumstances. I love how straightforward and clear you presented everything. It really made me understand the basics. Appreciate this video! :)
