Very good info. What has worked for me is having separate bank account. I have separate savings accounts. One for things that I want to do like buy certain items or vacation, etc. and then the emergency fund I don’t touch. It really helps with avoiding temptation. Before I had one savings account connected to my checking account. - it was not good, basically always getting depleted for “emergencies” 😂

I bought 4 Vanguard ETF's inc. yr ones and 1 Canadian Bank ETF (EWC); and 4 stocks: Amzn; Goog; Shopify and Uber. All the same amounts. So far after 1 day all the ETFs are green... and all the stocks are red!!.... I take full responsibility.

I'd love to master the financial lingo so I can better manage and grow my finances. My Action Plan for this week: I'm opening a separate 1. Business Account so I am no longer "estimating" my actual earnings 2. After my account is open, I will plant my first seed of $500 in the account. 3. I also opened a TFSA last night with a 0.15% interest. I will deposit the first $100 this week. 4. I will watch the linked recommended videos and resources in the description over the weekend so I can create a plan of action for getting started on investing in stocks.
