So what about the other 40 properties as far as selling. If you decided to sell this so quickly. Seems like you should of keep this one and sell off some of the other 40. He should be moving towards buying multi and selling singles Since this was such a good deal Focus on showing each piece of process in detail. Private lender connect Banking finance Etc

For doing Arbitrage for Airbnb would you have to have separate LLC'S for the two different spaces or would it be under 1 LLC for both?

Hi I’m newer investor been investing in Realestate part time for about 6 years and have a portfolio of 5 houses and 1 commercial automotive property with 12 units total. I Have a good deal 18unit apartment building well below ARV I’m looking at off market and need a private money lender to help with down payment and rehab.
