Hey Brian, been watching your videos for months. I've been in sales and sales leadership for 10+ years and am now transitioning to owning my own franchise. I eventually want to become an MCO so I'm researching information now. Your content has always been good, but recently, you've really upped your game with your interview style and organization of videos. Keep it up! Few comments: 1. Love the pendulum analogy. I taught the same idea using sumo wrestlers. If you push on them they will push back. But if you pull away from them, they will pull you to them. Same idea, different visuals. I also refer to that as DQing the deal as soon as possible (fail fast). Find out why it won't close so you can fix it or move on. Those issues will be found before the deal closes either way (definitely has happened to me in the past). 2. Great point on the consistency comment. That was new to me and I can see how that would strike a chord with someone wanting to cash out. 3. Love the "frame is in terms of cash flow" comment. You mentioned that once on a video really early on and that ONE comment kept me coming back for months. Very creative and I think is key to successful negotiations.
