When i go to the recovery screen it dosent show factory reset it only shows 3 things

The screen that comes up after holding volume button and power isn't the recovery screen with all the options, including wipe data and factory reset. Something else must be done from here to get to the next screen with those options. Why did you skip that step?

Just to get more views and clicks......he skipped it, this phone has no recovery options, sadly.
