Yeah that happened to me, my parents restricted date and time so I couldn’t even try to do it. Too bad I found a permanent workaround for ios 12 (May not work for 12.0.1 or 12.1 beta. Done on iPhone 8 Plus 1. Put phone in airplane mode 2. Restart phone 3. Quickly enter password and go to settings 4. Click on date and time 5. Change the date and time to any time that screen time is not active 6. Click screentime and hit turn off screentime NOTE: SCREEN TIME WILL MOST LIKELY BUG OUT AND FREEZE, IF IT DOES YOU’RE DOING IT RIGHT 7. Wait for it to disable then exit screentime 8. Enjoy!

okay i found this one out myself, i got you guys, you can simply delete the app before it shuts you out of screentime. DO NOT GO INTO THE SCREENTIME STUFF IN SETTINGS, ITLL REFRESH THE TIME YOU HAVE SPENT ON EVERYTHING. for example, it’ll pop up the 5 minute warning on the top, just delete the apps you’ve used the most that day (youtube, snapchat, etc) and it’ll just act like they were never there if you run out of screentime overall and all the apps are grey, you have to restart your device and get into it ASAP, the apps will be lit up for about 5 seconds, in this time you can delete an app you’ve used time in, and it’ll go dark for a couple seconds, and light back up DOES NOT GET AROUND DOWNTIME

mine is 7pm-8am! ik how to get around screen time! delete the app that gave you the most screen time, then it should get rid of the screen time. now go into the app store, the click your little pfp in the top right hand corner, the click "purchased", then "family purchases" , then search up the app that you just deleted! then you redownload it and yeah! i only have 3 hours of downtime, so this is pretty useful. but sadly i can't get around downtime, bc it won't let me change the time. hope this helped!

Okay so this might be helpful to some, my screen time was from 7:00am-9:00pm! I found a way to turn off the screen time. So basically my storage was full so obviously when your storage is full you can’t store pictures, so when my screen time was about to come on I press screen record and it disabled my screen time for some reason. But only until midnight, but today it didn’t go off at all it’s past 9:00 and I still haven’t gotten a notification yet!so hopefully this was useful I’m terrible at explaining but yeah.🥱✨

My dad set up screen time for me but already had these hacks blocked, like changing the time, but i found a new hack that i don’t think anyones found yet, it works for KZbin. You first have to have KZbin downloaded, then you go to messages and hit the app store button, then you scroll over and the KZbin app should be there, but smaller. Then what i do is find a video that i want to watch and send it to myself( type in your phone number) Then you click on it and then you can watch KZbin! Hope this helped.

I Have 3 Things To Help With The Screen Time Situation! When asking your parents to disable screen time for the night or day, hit the turn off screen time option. Then give them the phone. When they enter the password to disable it for the night, they wont know they're actually disabling it forever. You can also try to screen record but they can see the red bar. Another option is to download terminal on your computer. This is definitely the best option. It should show you all passwords. Including the restrictions password if you're parents/guardians enabled that too. Once you know the screen time and/or restriction password, don't completely turn them off, its risky. Also, don't change the password, your parents/guardians will know it was you. Just disable it whenever you feel like using it, but not in front of them.

If you have run out of screen time delete an app you have been on and then reset your screen and press on an app one more minute it will reset and you get extra time. I do this every day as my parents are strict and only let me have a certain amount a day 😊
