I don't understand ,. With doing this method i got different results as compare to exel pmt (emi calculator). P=5lakh,interest rate =10%,time= 5 years I got = 10613.6843, but in exel he got = 10624 how How i didn't understand .

If we multiply 21311 × 60 we get around 1278000 and if we substract the principle amount from it we get 278000 and if we divide it by months then we get only 4333 interest per month i think ur calculation is wrong

Rs. 5437 on 80,000 loan amount but as you don't pay EMI interest on interest as well as penalty will also be charged for not paying the EMI regular basis, it totally depends on bank from which you received the loan and what penalty they charge for not paying the EMI.........I recommend you the best advise ---- get loan of Rs. 80,000 and dont pay EMI upto 15 month.....you will get idea

सर मैं sbi से पर्सनल लोन लिया था 5 साल का 60 क़िस्त पूरा हो गया है । लेकिन लोन का पैसा 12285 रुपए और बता रहा है जबकि मैं पूरा पे कर दिया हूँ। बैंक मॅनेजर से बात किया मिल के तो उनका कहना है कि बीच मे ब्याज दर बड़ा था उसका ब्याज है और मेरे को जंहा तक याद है ब्याज दर 2020 में बड़ा था और 55 रुपए अतिरिक्त बता रहा था। 55 रुपए का ब्याज 1.5 साल का लेना चाहिए बैंक वालो को लेकिन पूरे 5 साल का ब्याज ले रहे है क्या करूँ बताएंगे।
