Buffet has a different way to calculate and you can do that by calculating the production cost for the session/Day and divide by the Net sale. Liquor can be calculated by dividing the cost by the menu price.

Ye cost ek item ka example diya aapne sir aesi 100 items hoti hai to har ek ki aese costing nikalna practically possible nahi hai to if you have any other calculations like grocery,disposable, salary cost and total sales cost to uske upar simple sa video banao please 🙏

For that you will have to first know your production cost for each session and divide that with the sale for that session. You will get the cost Production cost formula: Note down every ingredient by kg/gm and multiply them with their respective price and subtotal them.

1lakh food purchase kiya 15 days ke badh poora check kiya tho 60000 mall hai tho 40000 kaa maal bhig gaya.sale ke issab se food costing nikhal tha.aap ne 40000 ka food kay purchase kiya aap ka hotel hai aur food purchase kiya aur aapne kyoun add kiya one lakh mein 40000 fugat kaa thoda clearly bolo bhai.ahh abhi samaj gaya mein aapne phir 40000 purchase kiya total huwa 140000 ok abhi samaj lekin yeh 40000 ko add karneka requirement jaroori nahi tha.thoda log ko samaj nahi aatha thank you.

Recipe cost is your actual ingredients cost for making the dish and you can divide the cost with selling price. Like if you sell a burger at 200Rs and your cost is Burger Bun: 15Rs Burger patty: 55Rs Sauce and Veggies: 10Rs So Recipe cost is 80Rs and if you divide by 200Rs selling price *100 becomes 40% Recipe cost
All videos just show how to calculate food cost. Everyone knows that. That's too easy. What people are looking for is that where do they put other costs incurred in cooking that food like LPG, Oil, Kitchen napkins etc. That is where a large chunk of monthly budget goes. Please try and make a video on the same.
