Hey guys, sometimes in the sprig/outmn I only want to let the outer (ambiental) air to enter into the cabine of the car due to air-flow coused by the moving of the car (without cooling or heating)..just the outside air to refresh the cabine air while the car is moving. Is it possible or not without engaging the A/C. Also if someone can explain is it possible in the winter to heat the capbine but only using the engine temperature like in the old cars, without engaging the A/C heater.

Can you set it to cold air, A/C off, AUTO off (manual fan speed)? This should let outer air inside.

I didn't understand you completely..but it is hard to beleive that the cabine is hermetic closed and always should be used the air conditioner. Ford didn't found solution in the winter to use the engine temp. to heat the cabine or in the summer to let the outer air in without fan and A/C.

Just turn off the a/c button if you don’t want the compressor engage. This will just use outside air to ventilate and/or cool the cabin.
