I bet most of you haven’t heard of this but if you hunt green wing a lot use old police whistles. They respond so well to it. Make sure it has a cork ball

Goose calls (Canadian goose to be more specific) are one of the hardest calls to blow. I got mine last week and I’ve been having trouble learning it.

I use a mallard call and choke it down for a teal call. Works wonders. And 1 less call on my neck

I've only ran the whistle but I've been in it two seasons learning on my own. Apparently I'm doing perty good too. Got a ton of people from all around coming to hunt with me lol. Water is my specialty. Gonna make an order to bulk decoy club later in the week hopefully too

Great video! Yeah, I'd love to see some more situational calling or for different types of birds. Maybe if there are any differences in early season vs late (our goose starts 9/1 in VT for resident geese and they are all in family groups) or how to set spreads differently, etc.

Great video, I love the duck commander teal call. I've heard a lot of people say they make the same sound with a mallard call but I have heard very few people that can actually sound like a blue wing with the mallard call, It gets close but it's just not as accurate as the teal call.

Montana upland season and dove starts on Sept 1 have to wait until September 28 to bust ducks . Can't wait , have the itch. Got to start bldg natural cover blinds on the Missouri and the small channels off the river. That and I am waiting for a new shotgun this season. EAA Girsan mc312 can't wait to bust a few teal before they head your way in early October. Good luck safe and productive season

I use the normal teal call, but only lightly and sparingly. usually a few quacks here and there or a come back call when they do a fly by. I have always been taught, you can use the same call or call style as a mallard call, just use a quicker cadence. main thing I have seen them attracted to is motion, they love spinners so I usually have at least 2 spinners. Doesn't matter what species either, you can use dove, teal or mallard spinners and they will come in, just need to see the flash. I also use about a piece of 8ft pipe to bring my spinners above the marsh grass so they can be seen better since teal aren't really high flyers and tend to stay low.

I just wanted to hear the sound of the Whistle , I barely saw that you shot or the lord of the video shot I didn't see it anymore. I hope you are not of those quite hypocritical people who speak of living in peace, of good values, of equality and then draw a weapon to kill. If you call it sport, it is a very convenient way to justify a murder, just as patriotism has been justified so that wars exist and the organized killing of people exists, the justification has little value. Hopefully soon all this stops, let's not hurt other races, and take care more like people.
