I have tried to cancel my free subscription in 3 different browsers but of course the page to cancel doesnt load in any of them. Yes my ad blockers are turned off. Seems to be deliberate

It is deliberate! I bet you can sign up for a new subscription on your freaking TV. But to cancel you have to navigate to a disfunctional website. Pretty asinine if you ask me.

Gonna have to call my bank I guess. Not sure they will be able to do anything since its not acually cancelled. If they reach out to espn, espn will dispute it. Im going to war with Disney/espn.

OK. It worked with a need to sign-in w/password. Says I can use til it runs out. Never going there again. They do not make it easy😡 Big corporations are a blight on trust.

It is not as easy as you showed it. The option cancelling is not available.

I tried this and I’m not kidding the two options of update and cancel we’re not even there. Just call the espn+ number and a person will cancel for you. Worst app ever

When I get to the point where I click “manage subscription” I don’t have a cancel subscription button. It just shows me my details and when the next payment is getting drafted.

Not anymore. On chat now with them getting it cancelled. When you go to manage now, they want me to upgrade to yearly instead of monthly. And I can only change plans, zero place to cancel. It's ridiculous.

I downloaded on my tv and couldn’t cancel .. tried online and nothing.. I had to download the app on my phone and cancel from there which worked .. hope this helps someone ..
