When i open the website to cancel the subscription and clicked on manage option it took me to play store device and preference option .i don't know what to do know??

if you had purchased from google reseller than this might be the case for you. You can disable from google play store under subscription option.

When they charge you can you get refund as soon as possible you cancel the subscription? or what can you do to get money back in case you forget to cancel the trial?

I would suggest calling customer support which is the safest option or to avoid charges simply turn-off recurring billing when you subscribe for trial.

When i plan to unsubscription Ms.365 Family, Why i can’t cancel my subscription You’ve already paid for your Microsoft 365 Family subscription which expires automatically on 11/14/2021 If do so, is it still charge my credit card or not any more billing automatically?

@Risal I think it's always best to turn off recurring billing or in order to cancel completely always good to contact Microsoft consumer support.

I suggested to call them because customers can make sure that their are not going to charged anymore as they got confirmation from the support team. In such scenario customer is not aware if they have successfully cancelled or not due to multiple Microsoft account registration.
