But you can only manually cancel 2 tickets a day up to £10, you should also feed the ticket in width ways.

How do you manually enter the code on a winning ticket that won't feed into the machine?

There is a “pay” button on the top left of the screen just above the cancel button you saw in this video. Press the “pay” button then choose “Draw based pay” and then type the long serial number from the lottery ticket. Long serial number is the same which I typed in the manual cancellation part of this video. I hope this will help you. Thanks for your comment.
