Im a first time plant dad. Picked up teo butterscotch baby hen and chick plants. Thanks for info! Mine are in pots outside and I'm trying to guard them lol

You don't have to but you are can use a small amount for these. Their growing season is in the Spring and Summer, which is a great time to add a little fertilizer.
