Our budgie last March had started to be less energetic, singing less often and becoming exhausted more easily. At first we didn't understand why, until we realized that our father was staying alone for a day with him, and he had sprayed varnish on the dining table without warning us and without even thinking about isolate our bird to protect him. It was clear that that was the problem, my mother, my sister and I were angry with him. During the months that followed, we went to the vet a lot to try to save him and in July, a particular medication helped him really well, he was super playful and energetic like before, then at one point, one evening, he was looking like a big ball on his cage and I suspected something was wrong. The next morning, our little Suki was at the bottom of the cage, unable to return to his branches, I had rushed with my mother to go to the emergency veterinarian, but on the way, he started to convulse in front of our eyes and he is dead. We think he ate onion in the meal my sister had made, his lungs and heart were already fragile because of the spray varnish, and then he had to eat something bad for. So that was the straw that broke the camel's back. This whole story totally saddened us, especially knowing that our little Suki was only 2 years old. He was too young, poor guy. We loved him very much, he often came to see us on our head or our shoulder and sang almost all the time❤, he played with his toys, he came to chat with us, we took him outside in a backpack made for little parrot and he loved it. He was the happiest budgie we ever had and he was gone too soon😭.

Im so sorry to hear that. That breaks my heart. My bird has been acting weak and it’s scaring me. Im worried I might lose her. I can’t even imagine…. Im so sorry about your little baby 😢

@@Echoempress if your budgie doesn’t acting normal, you can go to see the vet for know what he can have, it’s the only thing we can do for our little birds❤️

​​​​​@@lotusforestdragoness7707I can feel you bro my 5 years old green budgie died 4 months ago on my hands he was a boy😢 glad to see that your bird had such a loving and caring friend like you 🥰 because 80 percent budgie owner thinks that why we spend our so many money on this 150-200 rupees bird let him recover by himself or let him/her die they think that budgie is a toy play with them and after that throw them glad to see you are not like those idiots ❤❤❤❤ you earn my respect dude that bird is still with you bro don't ever feel that he is gone from your life 🥰🥰 By the way bro I need a favour from you my pair of budgies are mating daily from last one week daily 3-4 times they mate with each other they really love each other is their any chance for a egg??😮

Hi Alen I had some really necessary questions that I’ll be really happy if u could help me with , so I have two budgies they just had there first eggs but I think there’s some problems ! The female one is losing a lot of feathers near her stomach and chest that i clearly see her skin do u thinks it’s bcs of sickness or bcs that she’s spending lots of her time on her eggs ?! And my male one accidentally without me knowing eat a little of chocolate and cheese like about three bites of each of them is it really bad or anything in need that I need to do in this situation?! And just wanted to say thanks for all of your beautiful videos they really helped me when I got them a couple of years ago so thanks very very much for everything !!

Alen, please could you help me! my male budgie loves me, and wont stop biting my nose and eye brows, to the point it makes me bleed. I feel he hates mate, but loves being with me 24/7, i just cant let him nibble my face.

also its not biting because he has a health issue. He only bites me if i bring him close to my nose or eyebrows. Hes really healthy. Just dont know how to stop him biting these 2 parts.
