How to Carpet a Van Door!!! I vanbuild

How do Graham. Can I say what a great job you did on the door with the carpeting. That U channel is genius, I have a door here that needs doing 😉 Seriously though, nice tidy job. I've just finished the rip out of everything the dodgy converter did, and redone everything myself. I took her out on a test run up the lakes Friday and Saturday and Viv-i-van worked perfectly. Hopefully you'll be off on more bimbles soon. In the meantime, my best to you, Michelle, Maximus and Freya 🙏- Kenny

Looks a nice finish there guys.. dont you suffer any condensation on your glass windows at all. Surely some. As even on my sliding door is glass ones and have some condensation. Was thinking proper camper ones on mine in the future. Plastic ones are less condensation. And thinking won't the carper get wet.. just was thinking to myself Hope it works.. thanks all the best...

Thanks Tim, the door is much better with carpet on. The windows always get some condensation, Maximus is on that though with the window vac :-)

I like the look of that and prefer the chances of it staying waterproof than others who carpet half way under the rubber seal. I've got the same job to do on a slightly smaller version of the same doors. I may be missing an obvious one but do you have a link to the rubber channel you used?

@@traveling-taylors Thanks for replying so quickly. It’s be on my mind on how to finish the doors off with carpet. I’m also going to do this for the rear doors. Thanks again.
