you are right but one has to assume that every man doesn t have the same weight as well... the man here looks like at least 85 kg. to me and this fit woman doesn t seem to be making her maximum effort... she would probably be able to fireman carry a 110 kg. man with her maximum strength...

@@rishidevil6631 that is great and inspiring... average man is, as a measured-tested fact , considerably stronger than average woman in upper body parts but most people are prejudiced and tend to see this difference as much bigger than it really is ...as if average man is 3 or 4 times stronger than an average lady.... that is a macho cliche of course and a balloon version of an existing physical difference....the use of such specific physical differences for justifying male dominant systems is even worse as a result ...the truth is most people , man or woman, have the potential to lift people who are heavier than themselves and fireman carrying is easier than cradle carrying or front carrying....

@@safakacar3965 yes fireman carrying is easier coz both the shoulders help. But my gf does ots carry to me that is way way difficult to carry with such height and weight difference as u have to use only one shoulder. Also she does front lift properly. I think she is strong enough that normal girls. She doesnt look big or muscular at all

On average, guy's have more type 1 muscle and girls have more type 2 muscle. Type 1 has more raw power but tires quicker and needs more recovery time. Presumably if you were lifting weights that both a guy and girl could life, the girl could lift them for a long period of time.

every man is not heavy either... ultimately, the laws of physics show us that a person s capacity for fireman carry is higher than the one for cradle or front lifts.... a common fact for men and women... so, one could basically assume that an average woman of average weight would be able to fireman carry an average man of average weight for a certain distance, probably far enough in case of fire... we should also consider that people tend to get physically stronger in cases of extreme panic or struggle for survival....on the other hand, the fit woman in this video, looks like strong enough to carry even heavier men... which probably means more than 85 kg. ...
