How to carve and install a springboard

West coast style falling techniques shown first hand installing two Sitka spruce springboards in a large codominant maple. This is the most practical way to overcome this falling difficulty short of hiking climbing gear down into the FnB
Much safer to be able to step down and run rather then be in the spurs.
